Job Description

To recruit qualified candidates with the ability to meet the requirements of all active and future language contracts as the prime contractor or as a subcontractor.


ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

* * Prospecting: cold calling, review online resumes and job postings and email blasts, job fairs, etc.

* Recruit for live requisitions which typically includes coordinating language testing, coordinating medical testing, submitting background and credit checks, preparing candidates to complete security pre-processing, collecting ID documents, obtaining offer letters from HR and extending them, and scheduling travel to processing centers or to deployment/hire

* Recruit for future work Mission Essential is going after, including building pipelines, collecting LOIs and other pieces of information relevant to the proposal requirements

  • Work under general supervision Manager but must be self-motivated
  • Networking: maintaining current referral sources, relationships with current candidates, and using creativity in growing pipeline of candidates while processing current candidates
  • Attend daily meetings to discuss updates/changes in contracts and processing requirements
  • Enter candidates into recruiting system, track candidates' information, and manage pipeline of candidates against requirements
  • Meet weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly recruiting goals
  • Work under general supervision Manager but must be self-motivated

  • Must be able to work in fast-paced, complex, and dynamic environment
  • Must be willing to meet recruiting goals assigned by management
  • Must be able to work in a team environment

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • A certain degree of creativity and latitude is required
  • Employee is required to sit for the majority of the working hours, and complete tasks electronically

TRAINING, EDUCATION AND DEVELOPMENT REQUIRED:

* High School Diploma

* Two to four (2-4) years of sales or recruiting experience preferred experience working in defense contracting.

* This position requires a candidate with a strong grasp of MS Office Suite and third party recruiting sites, such as LinkedIn, Monster, Indeed, etc.

* Excellent communications skills with extensive phone sales capability
