Key Role:
Assume responsibility for the development and execution of the program's knowledge management processes. Lead development and management of program SharePoint portals, knowledge repositories, automated workflows, and collaboration forums. Coordinate new requirements, bugs, and performance feedback with the program leadership and Knowledge Management team. Lead knowledge management discussions and technology solutions status updates with senior program leaders. Coordinate and monitor knowledge management processes, ensuring processes align with government and corporate IT processes. Seek opportunities to develop and incorporate new efficiencies, procedures, and metrics to capture, track, and report program performance. Maintain data, information, and reporting components for program functional areas. Lead development and execution of knowledge management training. Work with a dynamic Program Management office supporting a geographically dispersed team. Lead program Knowledge Management efforts and tools. Work with program leadership, task leads, and multiple stakeholders to develop and create knowledge management processes and tools to improve efficiency and streamline operations.
Basic Qualifications:
Experience with database management, information architecture, programming, software applications, and workflows
Experience with data query and analysis using relational databases and query languages
Experience working in a cross functional environment
Knowledge of planning and coordinating the life cycle of organizational data, including record keeping and information management
Knowledge of information security (INFOSEC) and risk analysis, management, and mitigation
Ability to lead diverse groups
Ability to oversee design, implementation, and execution of knowledge management user interface features to organize, maintain, and share data, information, and knowledge
Secret clearance
Bachelor's degree
Additional Qualifications:
Experience with consulting for the federal government, the Department of Defense (DoD), the Intelligence Community (IC), or FEDSIM programs
Experience with MS SharePoint and non-SharePoint web-based solutions for information sharing
Experience with Power BI, PowerApps, Power Automate, Tableau, Alteryx, or other software to create and automate workflows, visualizations, and analytics
Knowledge of HTML, JavaScript, CSS, and jQuery
Knowledge of program or business management strategy, processes, planning, and application
Ability to perform business data analysis
Ability to develop technical training presentations and brief large audiences
Possession of excellent verbal and written communication and consulting skills
Possession of excellent relationship building and time management skills
PMI-PMP, ACP, or CKM certification a plus

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $75,600.00 to $172,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
