We are gearing up for a very exciting period in our long history and currently have an opening for a Computer Applications adjunct Instructor at our Honolulu campus.

As one of our outstanding Instructors, your role will be to help facilitate student learning in program areas through a variety of methodologies, types of assessment and, to facilitate an environment conductive to student success.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Experience in computer-based classroom instruction, preferably with Microsoft OS and PC applications
• Knowledge of Windows XP, Internet Explorer, and Outlook
• MCAS Certification in one or more of the following Microsoft Office 2007 applications is preferred: Work, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook
• Bachelor degree in a field that is related to the course(s) which you will be teaching is preferred
• Teaching experience is preferred
• Excellent communication skills
• A desire to support and motivate students throughout their academic career at Heald
